Incoloy UNS N08825 bright seamless pipe is a high-performance pipe made of nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum alloy (Ni 38-46%, Cr 19.5-23.5%, Mo 2.5-3.5%, Cu 1.5-3.0%) manufactured by cold rolling/cold drawing process and bright annealing, with a tensile strength of ≥620MPa and an elongation of ≥30%, and a surface finish of Ra≤0.8μm. The material is strengthened by molybdenum-copper composite and stabilized by titanium (Ti≥0.6%), and exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in reducing acids such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid (resistant to 5% sulfuric acid/60℃), and its resistance to chloride pitting (PREN≥30) is significantly better than that of conventional stainless steel, and has passed NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 acid environment certification. Its operating temperature range covers -200℃ to 550℃, and it still maintains excellent impact toughness under cryogenic conditions (-196℃ impact energy>80J).
